This notice explains the information saved when you submit an inquiry or quotation request.
Information we collect
We may save your name, company, email, mobile number, project location, delivery date, selected products, quantities, notes and files you submit.
How we use it
We use this information to review requirements, prepare quotations, contact you about the request and maintain customer follow-up. It is not used to make automated technical-compatibility decisions.
Assistant and WhatsApp
The assistant saves a structured inquiry summary. A complete transcript is saved only when the conversation becomes a confirmed RFQ. WhatsApp updates are optional and require separate consent.
Retention and protection
We retain inquiry and quotation records as needed for follow-up and reasonable business records, and restrict access to authorized staff. RFQ attachments are stored outside publicly accessible website folders.

Cookies and analytics

Marketing consent
Cookie acceptance does not give us permission to send promotional email. You become eligible for promotional messages only when you select the separate optional marketing checkbox in an RFQ or assistant form. You may withdraw that consent by contacting a branch.

YouTube players do not load automatically. When you choose to play a video, your browser connects to YouTube and data may be processed under Google’s policies.
Newsletters and Brevo
We use Brevo to process and deliver newsletters only to addresses that explicitly subscribe. We retain the consent status in our system, and every newsletter provides an unsubscribe method.
